Dr. Weaver collected seed for this unique strain of arugula in 1971 from the kitchen garden of the Villa Foscari di Malcontenta near Venice. This variety is mentioned as early as 1817 in Venetian sources and is both succulent as a salad green and one of the best ingredients in traditional Venetian dishes. Minimum 30 seeds. Germination 97%.
