Roughwood Green Oxheart

Created by Dr. William Woys Weaver from a 1995 controlled cross between Green Titos and China Half-Moon. The result: A luscious, large, strawberry-shaped tomato with yellow skin and green flesh. Excellent flavor and a good match with salty cheese, anchovies, or caviar. Since the fruits are heavy, these tomato plants require staking or cages.
