Pawnee Red Skidi Popcorn

This culinary treasure was retrieved from near-extinction by the Pawnee Preservation Society, which is working to recover the food heritage of the Pawnee Nation. This popcorn, which also exists in blue and yellow varieties, features tiny red kernels about the same size as grape seeds.  Despite its miniature size, this popcorn packs huge flavor.
