Old White Feverfew
Our seed stock traces to the medical herb garden of Quaker herb granny Rebecca Hallowell Thomas. Feverfew was an important remedial herb in midwifery and is discussed under the term Mutterkraut (womb herb) in Sauer’s herbal, 1773 installment. We are offering this old strain of feverfew as a garden perennial that will also reseed under the right conditions. It is a great “barrier” flower because deer and groundhogs will not go through it (unless of course starving due to global warming). The plants are about 24 inches tall, single flowers (there are double types), and basically bug-free.Minimum of 40 seeds.
