This easy-to-grow perennial “grass onion” features dark green leaves used in cookery like spring onions, except that the flavor is more intense and akin to shallots.  Not the same as Garlic Chives but may be used the same way. A basic ingredient in Japanese and Asian cuisine. Perfect garnish for soups and miso. Minimum 25 seeds. Germination 97%.
