Also called Chile de Arbol, this hot, spicy yet hard-to-find pepper is used extensively in traditional Mexican cookery. There are two types, one with long pods and one with short. We are offering the short-podded version with 3 ½ to 4-inch pods on 24-inch-tall bushes. Prolific yields all summer until frost. Minimum 25 seeds, $4.00. Germination 94%.
