Chicken Dance Basil
Ocimum gratissimum
This is a West African basil called Akako Mesa in Ghana or “chicken dance.” It is used in West African chicken cookery. Prefers a hot, sunny location, ideal for pot or tub culture. Scatter seeds on the surface of the potting soil and spray with mist to water.    Minimum of 40-50 seeds.
