Called Aji dedo de Moça in Brazilian, these richly flavored red peppers from the Andean jungles are ideal for drying or for cooking in salsas.  The 24-inch bushes can be grown in tubs and overwintered as a perennial.  Average pod length: 3 inches.  Minimum 25 seeds. Germination 91%.
