This rare landrace found in many areas of Berks County; Pennsylvania is documented in the 1770s watercolor illustrations of French botanist Antoine Duchesne. The zucchini-like fruit are bi-colored and eaten young. This is a squash tracing to the Shawnee Nation who once occupied central Pennsylvania. Vining plants. 25 seeds. Germination 97%.
